25th Fun Run to Stowmarket's Party in the Park on Sunday 20th August 2006....

The day started dry, but clouds were gathering in the sky as motorcycles began to arrive..........................

Once again the marshals directed all the bikes to turn right at the bottom of the hill, and set off back up the hill, a second time for the Copdock Fun Run. But, it wasn't long before those dark clouds decided to pour down on the run! forcing some riders to take shelter under bridges until the rain stopped.

The route consisted of a variety of roads ending up at the 'Stowmarket Party in the Park'. It was nice to have the police redirect the traffic in Stowmarket to allow the motorcycles to ride through the middle of town, allowing people to watch the bikes pass by. On the park, a range of attractions was available from classic cars to live bands, including children's entertainments and a variety of stalls.

Despite the changing weather throughout the day, a good time was had by all.
