Bike Registration Letter

The Copdock Classic Motorcycle Club would like to invite you as an exhibitor and hopefully see you at this year’s show.

Please note the changes to entry requirements.

All show bikes must be pre-registered as there will be no on the day registration, so we would appreciate if you would return a completed Registration Form to the address below as soon as possible and no later than 26th September 2007 to:

As you will realise, the quality of our show is dependant upon people such as yourselves exhibiting motorcycles. Over past years there have been instances where motorcycles have been entered but have not been present on the day of the show. Although we fully understand that bikes may not be finished in time or other circumstances may prevent you from attending, please understand that this causes problems in allocating space and can result in large gaps in the show hall. This can reduce the impact of the show bikes which are otherwise fantastically presented.

Accordingly, this year, we are asking all exhibitors to book and pay for their entrance wristbands in advance when application forms are returned, the cost will be £5.00 ( per entry )

When you arrive at the show with your motorcycle your entrance fee will be fully refunded to you. We would ask you to pay by cheque and, once received, your cheque will be held until we meet you on the day of the show. Should you decide not to enter your motorcycle on the day for whatever reason, your cheque will not be returned to you but will be used to cover the cost of your wristband which will still allow you entry to the show.

Obviously we wish to keep the friendly, family nature of our show intact and therefore if you have registered a bike but are aware at least two weeks in advance that you will be unable to attend, we will return your cheque when we receive your returned wristband.

Additional wristbands can be purchased in advance for £5.00 these must be paid for with a separate cheque; or can be purchased on the day for £6.00.

All cheques should be made payable to Copdock Classic Motorcycle Club Events Ltd.
